Amber is a seasoned communications and marketing professional, writer, entrepreneur, and a community advocate with more than 15 years of experience across journalism, public sector communications, consulting, and nonprofit work. She also holds advanced certification in yoga instruction. Born and raised in Iowa, she graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in journalism and mass communication and has called Charleston, S.C., home since 2010.
